I used my voucher eventually, I think it was sometime last week or maybe the week before. It did work in the end, but the steps weren’t super clear and I had to click around a bit to figure it out. The site itself was fine, just could definitely explain things better.

I did get my refund in the end, so that was good :) It just took a little longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once to get things moving. Not the worst experience, but could’ve been smoother!

I really liked that the ticket price was shown clearly before I paid. No random fees suddenly popping up at the last second, which was such a relief?? It made the whole checkout feel way less annoying
